            Pauline Marie Goetz 
           
              
                
                  
                    Pauline Marie (Garman) Goetz, the daughter of Jacob and Rosena  (Hoffart) Garman was born on October 1, 1928 in Benson County, North  Dakota.  She died at the age of 87 years  on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the Heart of America Care Center in Rugby,  North Dakota. 
                      
                      Pauline was raised in the rural home of her parents and attended rural  school near her home.  On November 26,  1945 she was united in marriage to Frank Goetz in Balta.  The couple made their home and farmed on his  family farm SE of Balta until moving into Balta in 1953.  Frank died on January 11, 1990.  Pauline continued to live in Balta until October  of 2008, when she moved to the Haaland Estates Assisted Living and later to the  Care Center, all in Rugby. 
                      
                      Pauline is survived by her children, Jane (Don) Tennancour of Tolna,  Jerry Goetz of Rugby and Frank Goetz of Pekin; 10 grandchildren; 12 great  grandchildren; other relatives and friends.   She was preceded in death by her husband; a daughter, Clara Buchta and  her parents. 
                      
                    Graveside committal services will be held at 11:00 a.m.,  Friday, November 13th, 2015 at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery  in Balta.  Father Brian Bachmeier, officiate.  |
